A Meshbell bridge can draw a map with no internet, but only for ground it already holds. Pick the pack for your neighborhood and install it on the bridge. Each one is built from raw OpenStreetMap data, in light and dark, and needs no account and no key.
Building these yourself takes an OpenStreetMap extract, a JVM, planetiler, a headless browser and about an hour. That is why they are here. If your neighborhood is missing, the build tools ship with the bridge.

On the bridge, with the installer that ships alongside it:

The installer checks each pack against the checksum published beside it and refuses to unpack anything that does not match, so a corrupted or substituted download stops there rather than becoming your map. Restart the bridge afterwards so it reads the new manifest.
Light and dark are separate downloads on purpose. A phone in light mode has no use for the dark half, and splitting them keeps each file small enough to serve from here.
